Co-Authored Gin: Foraged Mixers It has not always beenOur newest Co Authored release is quite special a collaboration between us and Truffle Dog Co, a Seattle based operation that trains dogs to hunt for truffles. We went foraging with them and this is the result! Dog found fresh local black truffles, dug out of the ground by our own hands, were aged with our award winning gin in oak casks for over a year.
